EnerGfood is a highly nutritious combination of green barley powder, alfalfa powder, chlorella, spirulina, biodynamic rice, kelp and lactobacillus culture mixed with a little apple powder. Each ingredient is extraordinarily high in nutritional value and in combination, the beneficial effect is immense. The lactobacilli are enhanced by the green foods and visa versa, the essence of which is the immediate delivery of organic and active nutrient of the highest quality to every aspect of the bodily system.
Green Barley Powder – contains the essential elements, comprised of vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids. It is necessary for all of these elements to be present at the one time to obtain benefit form each nutrient, as none will work effectively in isolation. The high level of enzymes, including S.O.D. (Superoxide Dismutase). The chlorophyll in the leaf is responsible for the green colouring of this plant.
Alfalfa Powder (The Father of All Foods) – described by some modern herbalists as ‘the Big Daddy of ‘em all’, this plant is so rich in calcium that the ash is almost 99% pure calcium. Is a rich source of many minerals due to its deep rooting properties (not to be confused with alfalfa sprouts). These roots, which penetrate as much as 8 meters into the sub-soils, can access minerals, which are lost to other plants.
Kelp – known for high levels of minerals including iodine, calcium, potassium and magnesium and for good levels of Vitamin C.
Spirulina – is a concentrated, nutritious whole food, which makes it an ideal food supplement for people of all ages. It is about 60% complete and digestible protein and contains more beta-carotene than any other food as well as being the best source of GLA (beneficial essential fatty acids). Spirulina is a rich source of minerals, enzymes and B vitamins and is the richest source of Vitamin B12.
Chlorella – known as the ‘Jewel of the Orient’, chlorella is a fresh water algae with properties similar to seaweed. It is particularly rich in iron, zinc and other minerals, with 10 to 100 times the chlorophyll of leafy green vegetables.
Lactobacillus culture – is combined in this highly active complex to work synergestically with the green whole foods to produce a food with high bioactivity.

Recommended daily consumption: 1 to 3 teaspoonsful daily – preferably at least 10 minutes before meals to gain maximum benefit. If living green foodstuffs are new to your diet, they should be introduced gradually, in which case, half a teaspoonful morning and night would be sufficient for the for the first week or two.
