Hi, thanks for the questions. Green barley is a very powerful food and should be introduced gradually into the diet. I recommend starting with one capsule, twice daily and increasing this amount to 4-8 capsules twice daily over a two week period.

SAFE's green barley is grown without the use of pesticides and fungicides. It has been independently tested and shown to be free from any chemical residues. I have requested the results of this test and will post them on the forum when they are available. The shoots are dried at body temperature to preserve all the natural enzymes. I don't believe that sun drying is used, but I will check on this.
