Hi, Darren - I'm confused by all the different types of green juices. What's the difference between alfalfa juice, barley juice, wheatgrass juice? Which is a generally better tonic / rebuilder? How many days supply are in the 200 gram bottle? How much does the bottle of gelcaps weigh? How many days worth? For what reason would someone choose the NZ barley grass "plus" rather than straight barley grass? In reading up on various juicers, it seems widely accepted that _anything_ done to a juice is a no-no. In fact, we're told that we should drink our juice immediately it's produced; that it begins to degrade within minutes of juicing it. How can any juice product retain its nutrients, enzymes, amino acids, etc., after its been dried, ground, packaged, stored, etc.? I'm not trying to be hypercritical - I'm genuinely confused about this subject? Thank you for your kind consideration.
