Hi guys/gals.
I'm going to a Naturopath at the moment and this is a new part of my diet.
Wow certainly looks impressive, but does anyone have any hints at the taste.
This morning I had a tsp of green barley in a cup of water and it was so stong, I guess I'm not used to the smell/flavour.
I called the Naturopath and she advised me to have half a teaspoon in half a glass of water and shake thoughly, and if I still can't bring myself to drinking it all, to mix with cranberry.
I'm interested to know if there is a better way to have this (also I know there are capsules but I've already paid for a large tub! :)
