Hi Richard. Chlorella has been found to have very similar properties to green barley and wheatgrass. It contains more cholorophyll than green barley and a higher percentage of protein (50%). SAFE's green foods have the added advantage of providing natural fibre and also being substantially cheaper than chlorella based products.
