I have been taking GreenBarley for less than 3 months now. I usually take 12-15 teaspoons a day(I'm an extremist and trying to make up for lost time). Anyhow, after an uncomfortable detox time, I am allergy free(severe sinus problems), FULL of energy and my chronic Psoriasis that I have had since I was a kid has improved over 50%.
