Much has been made of the these two sorts of fiber. As both types of fiber are found in your Green Barley product, could you tell me exactly what these two fibers do? I mean, I heard some people might have digestive problems when taking fiberrich foods, be it soluble or insoluble. Does insoluble mean it doesn't assimilate further into our tissues and then, won't it start to irritate our bowels? Just interested and, though having read a lot of information about it, I still don't really get the full story. Im asking this as I heard some people with digestive problems would only aggrevate their situation with taking fiberrich products.
